The 1992 ordination year mates of Most Rev. John Yaw Afoakwah, Bishop of Obuasi, has donated a Chasuble, Crosier and Mitre to him during his thanksgiving Mass at the St. Thomas Cathedral, Obuasi.
The ordination and installation Mass of Bishop Afoakwah on January 10, this year, was attended by many of his Year Group including Rev. Frs. Emmanuel Mensah, Director of CEHUD at the National Catholic Secretariat in Accra; Isaac Nsiah from Konong-Mampong Diocese; Michael Odzangba, Jasikan; and Anthony Appiah, based in USA, who also attended the thanksgiving Mass .
