In 1974, it was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company, by the name Standard Newspapers and Magazines (SNAM) Ltd., with the Ghana Catholic Bishops’ Conference (GCBC) as the majority Shareholders to manage the printing and distribution of the Paper.
