Ladies Auxiliary Learn Soap Making
Members of St. Cecilia’s Ladies Auxiliary 335 of the Knights of St. John International (KSJI) in the Sunyani Diocese, recently received training in liquid soap making at the St. Vitus Technical Institute.
The training, facilitated by Noble Sister Clothilda Asige, a member of the Auxiliary, was to empower the Ladies economically and relieve them of financial hardships.
The Grand Respected President of the Kumasi Grand Ladies Auxiliary, Noble Sister Theresa Gyasi in an address, said apart from being a business venture for the women, the training would also help them save money and reduce the financial burden on their families.
She advised the Ladies to desist from impulse buying, spend wisely and cultivate the habit of saving to secure a better future for their children.
The training was preceded with a health walk from the Sunyani Post Office to the Institute.
Present was Noble Sister Felicity Domie, Second Vice President of the Kumasi Grand Ladies Auxiliary.
