The Ajumako–Enyan-Essiam District Education Office of the Ghana Education Service (GES) in the Central Region, in collaboration with the Bensyl Hiring Services (BHS), recently organized a Mathematics and Science quiz for Second Cycle Institutions in the District.
Participating Schools in the finals were Mando Senior High School, Enyan Denkyira SHS and Ajumako SHS who came first, second and third respectively.
In his opening address, Mr. Bernard Badu-Acquah, Chief Executive Officer of BHS, highlighted his commitment to education and stressed the need for Students to take Science and Mathematics education seriously.
Madam Macaiver Ivy Quay, the District Director of Education, expressed gratitude to the sponsors and advised students to take advantage of the gesture to aid their learning.
This year’s event was the second and would be organized yearly.
