Sixteen pupils of the Ave Maria School recently received first communion at a Mass at the St.
Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Dansoman, Accra. The pupils were prepared by the Catechist,
Mrs. Emma Bakah.
The Sacrament was administered by the Parish Priest of the Church, Rev. Fr. Duah Prempeh. In a
homily, he advised the pupils to steadfastly hold on to their faith, pray their Rosaries and attend
Mass regularly.
Dressed in their pristine white attires and flanked by their parents, the pupils marked this
significant milestone in their spiritual journey amidst smiles and active participation.
